After booking, please email us a brief summary of what you’d like to discuss. If you’d like us to review any documents, websites, branding, marketing materials, or other resources beforehand, please include them with your email. This allows us to prepare in advance and use your consultation time for meaningful discussion, recommendations, and next steps.

After Your Consultation

Every business and project is different, so our services are priced based on your specific needs. After your consultation, we’ll review the information gathered, determine the appropriate scope of work, and provide estimated project pricing based on factors such as complexity, deliverables, and level of support needed.

This ensures your pricing reflects the work your project actually requires rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

Meeting Format

Consultations are conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed upon. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a Google Meet invitation for your scheduled time. Prefer a phone call? Just let us know in your pre-session email.

Please Note: Consultation pricing is separate from project pricing and does not represent the rate used to calculate future services. Projects are typically priced as a complete scope of work rather than billed at the consultation's hourly rate, and project-based pricing may include discounted rates.
