  • How do I reach out to someone for questions about my order? 

By emailing contactus@m2ascension.com.

  • Why are all or some of the products out of stock? 

When items go out of stock, it is because we sold out, in process of creating more of the same designs or launching new designs. 

  • Why does it say "unavailable" under a MTO item's size?

This means we have reached the maximum MTO we accept for this size in any given time. We are constantly making items that will be shipped out. Please check back when we are taking more orders.

  • What is the maximum count per size for MTO items?

At our current capacity, each MTO size maximum order is 5 each. As we fulfill orders, we will update the ability to purchase.

  • Why are hoodies only available for MTO

Being a small business, we have limited space for inventory but we want to offer our awesome crewnecks in another sweater type. We are also operating very lean, so we need to make some sweaters orders as they come in.

  • Why are the prices different on Etsy than on your website?

Occasionally we will run different offers on each platform to drive customers to purchase from our Etsy shop. Since Etsy orders are all "Made to Order (MTO)," we often run promos on their as we know customers will have to wait longer. Base prices for every item is the same across the board. However, depending on where you purchase, you might get a discount.

  • Are you accepting custom orders?

At this time, we are only accepting custom orders by referrals. Please contact us for more details.

  • Why are custom orders not included for free shipping?

Custom orders undergo a separate creation and collaboration process. Our free shipping for orders $100+ applies to our normal products where we have stock or have to create a standard product. Custom orders can range from 1 item to over 100. Since we cannot predict the count of custom items, we do not offer free shipping on these orders.

  • What if I want a design you already sell but in a different size you do not offer on the website? 

Please email us directly so that we can make the design in your size. These are not considered a custom order as we have already made the design. Requesting a design in a size does not guarantee availability and could take an additional 2 weeks to make and ship. 

  • Can I change an order after it has been placed? 

Unless otherwise stated on our homepage, we strive to send out all in-stock orders within 3 business days. Most items will start the packaging process the day the order was placed. If you have to change your order, please contact us as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee we can change the order.

  • My order is taking too long to arrive, can I cancel? 

For all in-stock items, please give us 3 business days from the date of the order to complete the packaging and shipping process. We want to get your orders to you as soon as we can.


For all MTO or pre-order items, please allow an additional 2 weeks for processing. For more information, please review our shipping policy below.

If you need items delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can provide expedited shipping at an additional cost. Since many items are hand-made, there could be longer lead times depending on quantity on-hand or amount of items ordered. Please refer to the shipping policy below for more details.

  • I bought the same design but the logo is aligned lower or higher? 

Each item is custom made in house. We do not have a machine that does everything automatically. Since each item is custom made there could be slight variations of placement. In the event the placement of a shirt is significantly off from a multi-order of the same shirt - please email us directly so we can rectify it. 

  • Can I share purchased products on personal social media accounts? 

YES! We love when our customers share our craft. If you tag us in your posts you might be featured on our stories!

  • Are all blog posts written by the M2 Ascension's owner? 

All current blog posts are personal experiences of the owner. Shared experiences are opinions, emotions, or viewpoints of the owner. Please respect that everyone has different perspectives. 

  • What is the Code of Conduct for? 

The Code of Conduct is for blog subscribers and just every day values we have at M2 Ascension. Violations of the Code of Conduct will result in immediate ban of subscription and use of website. 

Shipping, Made to Order, and Pre-Order Policy

Patience is a virtue

We strive to ship out all in-stock orders as soon as we receive them. 

IN-STOCK ORDERS:

  • All orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of us receiving the order.
  • If an order was placed on a weekend, please allow us an additional 2 days to ship your items out.
  • Delivery times are based on shipping address entered in for the order.
  • If you want to rush order your shipping, please send us an email before you place the order so we can let you know if next day shipping is possible. 
  • Free shipping on all orders over $100 EXCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS.

MADE TO ORDER (MTO):

  • Some items have "MADE TO ORDER" within the product description which means the item has not been created yet.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for processing all MTO items.
  • If you purchase an item that is MTO and another that is in-stock, we will ship out your order when the MTO item is complete.

PRE-ORDERS:

  • Items that have not launched and are available for pre-order will ship as early as the specified launch date.
  • Items that have already launched and are available for pre-order - Please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing.
  • Once items are in-house, we will ship them within 3 business days.
  • Delivery times are based on shipping address entered in for the order.
  • Pre-Orders do not qualify for expedited shipping.
  • Free shipping on all orders over $100 EXCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS.

Understand that we are a small business and could run into issues with shipping delays. If there are any delays in getting your order out on time, we will send email communication to you. ​
